Located in Downtown Shreveport, Ono’s is a purveyor of fine Hawaiian fusion dining from the esteemed Chef Sione Maumalanga and Nicholas Kamono.

Founded in 2016, Ono’s has grown from its origins as a food truck and a vendor at the Shreveport Farmers Market into a celebrated local presence. Ono’s has competed in the Louisiana Food Prize in both 2021 and 2024 and hosted unique popup events, including Hawaiian-inspired brunches at the Shreveport Aquarium in 2023. Sione is thrilled to introduce authentic Hawaiian cuisine to downtown Shreveport. Partnering with Nicholas Kamono, they each bring a wealth of experience and optimism to this new venture. The menu at Ono’s will blend traditional Hawaiian flavors with influences from Filipino, Japanese, Portuguese, and other Asian cuisines, creating a diverse and exciting culinary experience. Additionally, Ono’s will have the honor of serving as the primary food service provider for events at artspace in its new location.
